Through ADM Cares, our employees work to strengthen communities where colleagues work, live and operate. By volunteering time and organising fundraisers, our team drives meaningful social, economic and environmental progress.

ADMISI strives to make a positive difference in the communities where we work and live, with a strong commitment to education and funding educational initiatives that provide work-based learning experiences, this includes the Getting Ahead Programme and our Mentoring Scheme.

Getting Ahead Programme

ADMISI volunteers regularly participate in the Getting Ahead Programme arranged with the Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership.  Activities include a Practice Interview Programme, Learn to Earn, Start up Challenge and a Getting Ahead Employability Skills Conference.

Mentoring Scheme

For over 6 years, ADMISI have partnered with Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership, to organise a Mentoring Scheme with Bow School students aged between 14-15 years old.

Fundraising

Throughout the year, our CSR committee organise a wide-range of fundraising events to raise important funds for causes close to the hearts of our colleagues. In 2020 we collaborated with our ADM UK colleagues to hold a number of virtual fundraisers.
